- Involves Time Trade which is about spending an hour doing something for somebody in your community. In recognition for your contribution you receive one Time Credit which you can then gift or trade with other members of the community, in exchange for their talent and time. It is an alternative currency intended to complement the existing market economy and redefine how we value work and people's talents and time.
